How we work.

Individual coaching with Jess.  We meet virtually - over the phone or virtually via Google Hangouts/FaceTime. 

Free 30 minute Intro session. Interested in Soft Coaching? Let’s chat! Find a time that works on Book Now tab. A new client form is completed by you followed by a call to review your goals and what you want to change.

Your first session as a client. We assess your current lifestyle, concerns, background, goals, and dreams to create a tailored strategy forward, just for you. (Zoom or FaceTime: 85mins).

In your follow up sessions. I suggest that we meet weekly in order to move you towards reaching your goals. Together with me, you build on our success from the prior session, and homework in between sessions, to continue the positive momentum. Each session I will support you, give you the trusted space to discuss your feelings, troubleshoot concerns, and broach new topics and action steps for you to focus on. (Zoom or FaceTime: 55mins).

What I need from you. To hold yourself accountable for showing up to our sessions, and following through with your commitments to yourself.

What I give to you. The nurturing support, guidance, and strategy to follow through.
